Steven J. German
Steve started his career at a large downtown law firm in Phoenix, Arizona, and enjoyed excellent litigation training and insight into how insurance companies and other large corporations operate and defend against lawsuits alleging bad-faith and other claims of wrongdoing. His passion, however, has always been protecting individual rights, and in 1999 he started his own law firm doing just that.
Steve devotes his entire practice to representing people who are typically at the lowest point in their life. He treats each client individually and ensures their unique needs are met, and encourages each of them to not give up hope or feel like they are fighting alone. Steve’s goal is to embolden his clients, and prove to them that their lives are not over, that they can overcome their difficulties, and that there are people who care and will fight to give them every opportunity to recover. Going against insurance companies that are worth billions and have all the resources available to them, requires drive, skill and tenacity. Insurance companies hold all the cards, and often prey on those most vulnerable to boost their profits.
Steve and his firm’s greatest joys come after seeing a client overcome feelings of defeat, and the confidence that is instilled knowing they stood up against a powerful insurance company and won what they are rightfully owed.
Steve and his law firm’s practice is not only devoted to victims of insurance wrongdoings, but also to individuals and surviving families of catastrophic accidents, including car, truck, motorcycle, and SUV rollover and tread-separation accidents. He and his law firm have successfully litigated and taken many cases to trial in insurance bad faith lawsuits, and cases involving birth-injury, medical and podiatry malpractice, nursing home neglect, and other tort-related cases. He has recovered tens of millions against disability insurance companies with many multi-million settlements and verdicts, including a recent jury verdict of over $6.5 Million in September 2017.
His law firm offers free consultations to others victimized by insurance bad-faith practices, birth-injury and catastrophic personal injury and accident matters. Steve can be reached at [email protected] or on his direct line at 480-626-2700.
